The purpose of MPC’s cross-committee forums is to bring together committee members with different areas of expertise to tackle a broad, pressing issue and develop an efficient, far-reaching organizational strategy. At our second forum, in January, we discussed discuss the Chicago region’s framework and agenda for a new federal-metropolitan partnership.
