The Metropolitan Planning Council and Openlands were pleased to deliver a roundtable called, "Letting It All Soak In: Nature's Role in Protecting Water Resources". At this event on January 26, 2011, we had speakers Dr. Jeff Walk from the Nature Conservancy in Illinois, Jeff Mengler, Project Scientist from Cardno ENTRIX, Dominic Kempson
Senior Scientist of Water Resources from Stantec, and Ed Collins, Natural Resource Manager
from the McHenry County Conservation District.
