Governor Rauner signs executive order providing independent status for Millennium Reserve

Millennium Reserve is a transforming region in the Calumet and southeast Chicago lakefront areas with thriving commerce, communities, and wildlife. On July 14, 2016, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner signed an executive order that transforms Millennium Reserve into an independent non-profit.
