Steven Quispe

Steven Quispe (he/him/his) joined MPC as Donor Relations Manager in April 2023 and is currently the Interim Director of Development as of August 2023. In this role, Steven is responsible for managing donor engagement strategies with corporate and individual donors. He also develops and maintains best practices for moves management and data entry, integrity, and analysis in Raiser’s Edge NXT. 

Prior to MPC, Steven was the Database and Stewardship Manager and then Director of Marketing Communications and Data Analytics at Concordia Place, a local community-based organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, Steven leveraged his strengths in fundraising, marketing, and data analysis to promote the growth and sustainability of the nonprofit.

Originally from New York City, Steven moved to Chicago to pursue a bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of Chicago. While at UChicago, he was a Fried Public Policy and Service Scholar and a Public Interest Program Fellow.

Steven currently lives in Albany Park and is a member of the Housing Committee of the North River Commission, the nonprofit community and economic development corporation for the northwest side of Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hosting game nights,  biking, and being the best dad he can be to his dog.
