Find fresh ideas for housing solutions in an updated Home Grown publication

Chicago Community Land Trust

The Chicago Community Land Trust (CCLT) enables hundreds of Chicago families to afford homes in communities that are improving. In 2009, CCLT closed on three affordable in this building located at 4150 N. Kenmore.

Home Grown: Local Housing Strategies in Action, a collection of housing-related Best Practices from the Chicago region can spark ideas for addressing local housing challenges for municipal officers. Five new summaries focusing on how a program, policy or development came about, how it works, why it has been successful, and how it is financed have been added to the collection.
