Landings on Villa, Villa Park

Landings on Villa is a 16-unit development in Villa Park for persons with disabilities. Individuals will live in the active downtown Villa Park neighborhood that is a mix of uses:  single-family, multifamily and commercial neighborhood.  The site is only a short walk away from a grocery store, pharmacy, convenience stores, several restaurants, retail stores, and an important Pace Bus Route is near.

    I know the area well. and the property looks like a prison . no patio's or balconies. how much more would it had taken to build a place with a patio or a balcony . People need to be able to get sunshine , not be closed in all the time.
