Workshop 4: Water Rates and Revenue
August 28th, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to noon

This workshop will highlight traditional and innovative financing options for water infrastructure investments, featuring a discussion about the connection between water rates, revenues and reinvestment. Topics will include the role of full-cost pricing in water supply management, effects of conservation on revenue, savings from avoided costs and how to communicate and implement new rates.
