Denver's new rail system, FasTracks, will be delivered through a public-private partnership.

The Government Finance Officers Association enhances and promotes the professional management of governments for the public benefit by identifying and developing financial policies and best practices and promoting their use through education, training, facilitation of member networking, and leadership.

The 2014 Annual Conference will discus the future of government financing, featuring technical sessions that offer comprehensive coverage of all the latest developments, trends, and best practices in each major facet of public finance, featuring nationally recognized speakers on topics of interest to public finance professionals.  MPC's Chrissy Mancini Nichols will speak at the conference on performance based infrastructure.
