The world is embracing sustainability and civil engineers are at the forefront of this initiative. This year’s workshop, hosted by the Illinois Section Sustainability Committee of the American Society of Civil Engineers, will focus on the latest approaches to sustainable design and highlight ISI’s training and certification process for the Envision infrastructure rating system. There will also be a panel discussion on sustainable practices from the agency perspective.
