MPC Project Manager Abby Crisostomo will present.

The "Critical Issues" series will kick off Wednesday, July 23, with a measured discussion on the causes of and approaches to severe flooding issues that plague communities throughout the region, with a special focus on Glenview.

Speakers include:

  • David St. Pierre, Executive Director of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District;
  • Imad Samara, Project Manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and
  • Abby Crisostomo, Stormwater Mitigation Project Manager with the Metropolitan Planning Council

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District will host a rain barrel drawing at the event. This meeting is open to the public and all are welcome.
