As the population in our region changes, so does the housing it demands.

Register for the webinar.

The Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC), Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and Metropolitan Mayors Caucus are excited to announce an online tool to support comprehensive housing planning! The Homes for a Changing Region Toolkit enables Illinois municipalities to chart future demand and supply trends for housing in their communities and develop long-term housing policy plans.

Municipalities that utilize the toolkit will gain a better understanding of the housing demand and supply trends in their community and will learn how to create a plan for meeting the long-term housing needs of their residents.

This webinar will provide more information about the toolkit and Homes for a Changing Region. Register today to learn more about how this tool can work for you!

Presenters will include:

  • Nancy Firfer, Metropolitan Planning Council
  • Andrew Williams Clark, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning
  • Allison Milld Clements, Metropolitan Mayors Caucus
  • Mayor Kristina Kovarik, Village of Gurnee
