MarySue Barrett, president of the Metropolitan Planning Council, will join the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NICAR) luncheon to discuss actionable strategies to unlock our region's full potential. 

MarySue will shed light on three strategies for growth:

  • Prioritizing transit-oriented development and transportation investment in both high-demand and under-invested communities
  • Promoting local government effectiveness in Illinois
  • Reimagining our region’s rivers and riverfronts
