Hear Bob Dean, MPC's new consultant and the former Deputy Executive Director for Local Planning at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), on a webinar panel about how three regional planning agencies used Housing and Urban Development (HUD) planning grants to develop and implement Sustainability Plans and Livable Community Programs. Bob will speak on municipal capacity and the initiation of the local technical assistance program at CMAP.
