Join MPC and a range of speakers for a roundtable discussion about how businesses can play a role in advancing transportation demand management policies that result in improved regional transportation sustainability.
Our featured speakers will discuss the current sustainability of commuting in the Chicago region and what we can do to improve it. They'll dive into new research on potential new transit fare products that could be offered via Chicago-area employers and share some national best practices on business-transit partnerships. The conversation will also explore how businesses are partnering to provide last-mile transit services in the Lake-Cook corridor. And you'll get the opportunity to hear directly from a corporation with cutting-edge employee transportation policies.
Roundtable Panelists:
- John Attanucci, Transit Lab Manager, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- Dorval Carter, President, Chicago Transit Authority
- Michael Hales, COO, CA Ventures
- Mike Walczak, Executive Director, Transportation Management Association of Lake-Cook
