A presentation on water affordability trends and themes as they relate to the national and regional context by:

  • Prof. Janice Beecher, Director, Institute of Public Utilities, Michigan State University

A moderated panel conversation featuring insights into water affordability challenges and solutions from the public, private, and non-profit sector by:

  • Susan M. Crosby, Esq., Deputy Revenue Commissioner for Water, City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue
  • Anthena Gore, Project Manager of Community Planning, Elevate
  • Zachary Green, Senior Consultant, Raftelis Financial Consulting, Inc.
