Illinois PPPs for Transportation Act: A new infra tool for the US state

In the August 24th edition of Infrastructure Journal, MPC's supporting partners on HB 1091, now  Illinois Public Act 97-0502, the Public-Private Partnership for Transportation Act, David Narefsky, Joe Seliga, and Mitch Holzrichter of Mayer Brown lay out what the law authorizes and give suggestions on various new transportation projects that would be a candidate for a public-private partnership.   David, Joe, and Mitch were instrumental in the passage of the bill.  MPC thanks them for their countless pro-bono hours of bill drafting and guidance.
