Testimony to Senate Environment and Public Works Committee

MPC's Vice President Josh Ellis provided testimony to the senate environment and public works committee on July 20, 2017. His testimony included support for a federal infrastructure program, strong infrastructure policies, effective utilization of resources, water affordability, and the modernization of water and wastewater systems.
