In Favor of a Multipurpose Trail in the North Branch Industrial Corridor

On November 28, 2018, MPC's Josh Ellis, Vice President, and Audrey Wennink, Director of Transportation, provided testimony in support of an ordinance that would allow the city's department of transportation to acquire property on the North Branch Industrial Corridor to construct a multipurpose trail.
