Halt the Development: Testimony on Hilco's Proposed Development

Regarding Hilco's propsed development at the former Crawford site, MPC Vice President Josh Ellis voiced feelings of restraint in continuing the development process until a number of concerns were addressed. This testimony was delivered to the Chicago Planning Commission on September 13, 2018.
